From the Pastor’s desk……
Reverence & Respect
After Communion, each person must give thanks for the precious gift received and allow the grace to fill our souls. How tragic it is to see people leave Mass right after Communion, not because of an emergency, but because they want to get out of the parking lot first. Surely giving the Lord one hour of our time- and usually less-for the holy sacrifice of the Mass is not too much to ask.
After Mass is concluded, wait until the Priest, altar servers, lectors & extraordinary ministers of communion have processed down the aisle before leaving the pew. The congregation should disperse only after recessional hymn has concluded. Please do not forget to take the Sunday bulletin to keep you informed of the events in our Parish.

Please be informed that our sale of raffle tickets is on-going, but its success will certainly depend on the support of everyone. Christy Castro and Roger Charbonneau are requesting for help. May I appeal to all of you to help in selling the tickets. Parents of our school children are friendly requested to help, too. Each parent should get one stub of tickets (10 pcs. at $5 each) to be sold. Their participation is very much needed as the proceeds of the raffle will benefit our school and the Parish.

The only fee, between $6-$9, is to cover the cost of the study guide booklet. Need more info? Call Joan Surinak: 604.584.7234 or Thea Baxter: 604.590.6402.
